Where can I find information about the current CALAFCO Annual Conference?
The current conference registration page and conference materials provide the most up-to-date information, including dates, location, registration rates, deadlines, hotel accommodations, program details, and optional activities.
How do I register?
Register online through the current conference registration page. If a mail-in option is available, the applicable form and instructions will also be provided there.
Do I need to log in before registering?
CALAFCO members and Associate Members should log in before registering to access applicable member pricing. If you do not remember your login information, use the password-reset page. Check your spam folder if the reset email does not arrive.
Can I register if I am not a CALAFCO member?
Yes. Non-members may register using the applicable non-member ticket option. Current ticket types and prices are shown on the conference registration page.
Can my organization become a member to receive member pricing?
Yes. CALAFCO membership is available to all LAFCOs. Public agencies, consulting firms, and service providers that work with or support the LAFCO community may be eligible for Associate Membership. Visit the Associate Membership page for more information.
Where can I find my registration confirmation?
Members may log in to the Member Area and select “View My Orders.” Confirmations are also sent by email. Check your spam folder if you do not see yours.

How do I change an existing registration?
Log in to the CALAFCO Member Area and select “View My Orders.” If you cannot access the order or need additional assistance, contact CALAFCO.
Can I transfer or cancel my registration?
Transfer, substitution, cancellation, and refund policies are established for each event. Review the policies on the current conference registration page and during registration. Requests are subject to the deadlines and terms established for that conference.
How do I request dietary, accessibility, or other accommodations?
Provide the requested information during registration. If additional assistance is needed, contact CALAFCO as early as possible before the conference.

How can my organization participate as a conference sponsor or partner?

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDIT
Does CALAFCO offer AICP Certification Maintenance credit?
CALAFCO may offer AICP Certification Maintenance credit for qualifying sessions at its Annual Conferences and Staff Workshops. Approved sessions and available credit hours will be identified in the applicable event program or registration materials.
