As a LAFCo Commissioner, have you ever questioned yourself or sought legal counsel’s opinion on participating in the review of a project involving your home agency or community? Unclear on what independent judgement means? Well, this is the session for you! Being a LAFCo Commissioner is often not as clear-cut or easy as the words of the Cortese-Know-Hertzberg Act.
