CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Conference registration is now open. You can register and pay online here, or download and complete the registration form and mail it with payment to CALAFCO. Registration closes September 14, 2018. Full Conference registration or one-day registrations are available, as are guest registrations.
CONFERENCE PROGRAM INFORMATION
The program planning team has prepared a fabulous, value-added and diverse Conference program, filled with general sessions, breakout sessions, and roundtable discussions. There will be plenty of educational and networking opportunities built into this year's program! The Mobile Workshop is now full and a wait-list is being prepared. Specific program details for the Mobile Workshop are coming very soon (given the fires in the area, planning has been stalled a bit). The topic will focus on tree mortality and the significant statewide short and long term impacts. If you want a snapshot of the program, you can find that in the Program Announcement. HOTEL INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS
Tenaya Lodge is almost sold out! To make reservations at this point, you must call the hotel at 800-635-5807 and select option 1. Reference the CALAFCO Conference or use code 3163VO. CALAFCO is working to secure an overflow hotel. This year's Conference is at Tenaya Lodge in Yosemite. Special Conference rates start at $175/night (excludes $15 resort fee and taxes) and includes in-room wifi and parking, as well as other amenities. There are also upgrades available including suites and guest cottages. Hotel reservation cutoff date is September 1, 2018. After this date we cannot guarantee the Conference rate or any room availability. Conference rates are offered 3 days pre and post conference, based on availability. There are several other hotels in the area within approx. 16 miles of Tenaya. They include: Houndstooth Inn (11 miles from Tenaya). You may only book by calling 559-642-6600 and mention CALAFCO; The Pines (16 miles from Tenaya) 800-350-7463; Yosemite Gateway Inn (13 miles from Tenaya) 559-683-2378.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Registrations are considered complete upon receipt of fees.
Cancellation requests made in writing and received by September 19, 2018 receive a 100% refund less $20 handling fee and any transaction fees.
Credits are not issued for any cancellations.
Registration fees are transferable to another person not already registered provided the request is received in writing. Deadline to transfer registrations is September 19, 2018.
Registration fees for guests and special events are not transferable and are fully refundable (minus any transaction fees) if requests are made in writing and received by September 19, 2018 or if the special event is canceled.
Cancellation requests must be made by e-mail, fax or mail to the CALAFCO office.
Cancellation requests made after September 19, 2018 are not eligible for a refund.
